What colours can I have?
No louvre roof will be We use the Dulux Duralloy and Dulux Duratec powder coating ranges. Depending on how close you are to the sea, we can recommend which type is your best option.
How big can the roof be without building consent?
up to 20 sq m in Auckland
Is the frame / gutter included?
Yes – frame, louvres, posts, brackets, gutter, fixings
Can you anodise instead of powdercoat?
Yes, we can anodise the aluminium instead of powder coating it.
Do you make them manually operated?
No, motorised only
What colours can I have?
We usually use the Dulux Duratec powdercoat range, but other options are available upon request
Can it be fixed to the house?
Yes, it can be fixed to the house with wall brackets or soffit brackets, or it can be a stand-alone louvre.
How do I look after my Louvre?
Every six months the aluminium should be washed with warm soapy water, and fixings checked.
Who does the electrical work?
The Louvre Company will provide the louvre with a power lead with three-pin plug so the louvre is operable once finished.
Do you install outside of Auckland?
Not as yet, installation is in the greater Auckland area only.
Who does the plumbing work?
The Louvre Company provides the customer with the internal gutter system, as well as a dropper, which will be where the water exits the louvre. Further plumbing work is the customer’s responsibility.
When do I pay?
A deposit of 50% is required to be paid before the job proceeds, then the balance will be paid within 7 days of completion. Get in touch today to get a quote!
